We take every effort to remove the risk of viruses and other destructive code, but we cannot guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from The Site will be free from infection. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of The Site.
Privacy
CCCS is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. The structure of The Site is such that you can browse The Site without revealing any personal information about yourself or telling us who you are. If you do provide us with your personal information, we will keep it confidential. We will only use this data to provide you with the services requested.
Whilst visiting The Site, you may voluntarily choose to provide your email address. This information will only be used for the purpose of providing you with the specific information requested and will be deleted within 6 months. It will not be used for any form of marketing.

Advice Booklet
The advice booklet you receive will not provide product recommendations. If you wish to pursue any particular financial product, CCCS recommends that you seek independent advice from a suitable professional – details of recommended sources can be found in the ‘Next Steps’ section of the Money Matters advice booklet.
CCCS may suggest you pay particular attention to certain areas of advice; however this should be used as a guide and not be seen as a recommendation of one financial priority over another.
Endorsement
If you are using this service with an advisor, CCCS does not endorse any conclusions or recommendations that the advisor makes to you.
If you are using the CCCS Money Matters service as an advisor, CCCS does not endorse any conclusions or recommendations you make. No endorsement should be made or implied.
Security
You must take reasonable precautions to prevent the unauthorised use of your web number.

Your complaint will be fully investigated and we aim to resolve it to your satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, it may be escalated by sending details of your original complaint and the reason for your continued dissatisfaction to the Chief Operating Officer at the above address.
In the rare event that we have not been able to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, please contact the Chief Executive directly at the address above who will provide the final response.
Obviously, we hope that this escalation will not be necessary as our aim will always be to resolve your complaint as soon as we hear about it. Complaints we cannot resolve may be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
